Technology-rich classrooms of today are in a state of change. New technologies are always emerging, regulations change, and research evolves. What creative ideas and inventive solutions exist to take advantage of the vast amounts of knowledge available to us today? How can agile methodologies create learning opportunities? How can technology create a more inclusive environment for accessibility for all learners? How can school districts use micro-credentials to personalize learning? What new technologies can educators and administrators explore to create interactive, collaborative and productive learning?

We are excited to present our regional Women in Tech.
New York State recently adopted Computer Science & Digital Fluency Learning objectives for K-12 students. For the first time, our state has defined and set an expectation for all school's to teach some Computer Science to all students. This session will be an opportunity to learn what "Computer Science & Digital Fluency" means for young students, to consider impacts this might have on the future workforce, and collaborate on ways that industry professionals (with minimal effort) can provide pivotal support to schools.
