Ilene Marcus
Ilene Marcus is a quirky, charismatic, and dynamic speaker—a teacher, motivator, and warrior. She is the inventor of the iLean-Pan (patent pending), solving the challenge of cooking multiple ingredients at different temperatures in the same pan, as seen on Season 21 of The Blox. An international blogger for SixtyandMe and the author of Managing Annoying People, Ilene is a retired social worker and public administrator who speaks to CEOs and their teams because she has been them—she spent 32 years managing high-stakes enterprises and multi-milliondollar organizations, overseeing 10,000 people. Ilene holds two Master’s degree from Columbia University and now coaches leaders on getting out of their own way. As a Techstars All-Star Global Facilitator, she mentors early-stage entrepreneurs across the country.
Her insights have been featured in Glamour, Reader's Digest, Yahoo!, Fast Company, HuffPost, and Medium. Visit her https://ilenemarcus.com/. A native New Yorker, Ilene now lives in rural Massachusetts with her huge golden doodle, Beauregard, in a town with no stoplights—where the cows may block the road, but nothing ever blocks her vision.
